She is passionate about giving counselling and psychotherapy on addiction, grief and loss, trauma, and mental health illnesses.
For the past two years, she has successfully organised an event and social media campaign called "Silent Tears" to raise awareness of mental health issues and disorders like depression that affect both men and women in the workplace and young people.
